We are now looking for Sales Associate in different teams

1. Inside Sales Manager: (US Shift: 8PM - 5AM)

● Reaching out to the existing customers and partners via email and phone on a consistent basis

● Providing a consultative and proactive process to producing renewal quotes

● Finding new and creative ways to show how the product can help the client achieve their goals

● Conducting Live Demos to the customers

● Ability to represent product new features

● Resolve customer inquiries by aligning customers with the right resources

● Showing high attention to details

● Invest in relationships with customers

2. Business Development Manager (US Shift: 8PM - 5AM)

● Onboarding new resellers and end users.

● Making outgoing customer calls or cold calls.

● Exploring new sales opportunities.

● Arranging meetings and sales calls with customers.

● Learning internal sales administration tools and processes.

● Attending online product demonstrations to provide potential customers with details about the features and capabilities of NAKIVO Backup & Replication.

● Reporting to correspondent Director of sales.

Yêu cầu

You are properly a strong candidate for this position if you have:

● At least 2 years of experience in relevant position and/or industry

● Advance communication skill in English

● Ability to learn technical information and communicate technical details required

● Experience with CRM and invoicing systems is a plus.

● Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general business software

● Good at business correspondence

● Able to work in US shifts: 8PM - 5AM

● Strong time-management skills

● Good at business correspondence and communication skills

● Results-driven

● Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills

● Aptitude for learning software

Licensure & Certification Requirements:

Higher education degree (foreign languages, economics, or related field)
