Demonstrate a strong, in-depth understanding of financial domain specifically on retail/SME banking or other Fintech services, e.g. digital banking, sales and marketing, unsecured lending etc.
Interact with the business users and technology partners to drive the requirement, functional process into acceptance criteria.
Construct business requirement document from business stakeholders that will be understood by business and technology teams.
Liaise with business and IT stakeholders, and end users to clarify requirements, prepare detailed user stories / functional specification document for software product development.
Participate in the sprint ceremonies for Agile delivery, proactively identify and resolve functional and non-functional requirement gaps / blockers.
Work with developers closely to address functional / nonfunctional queries.
Manage end to end SIT and UAT, including test planning, test case preparation, test execution, defect management and reporting, and obtain sign-off from relevant stakeholders.
Support project go-live activities, including production verification testing.
Prepare detailed system training materials for end user trainings.
Track all project deliverables, identify dependencies, risks and issues and escalate to project manager.
Provide regular updates to the project manager and product managers, including the product management team based in head quarter.
At least 2 years of business analysis / product management working experience in online and mobile banking or FinTech projects.
At least 1 years of experience in working Agile Methodology (Scrum & Kanban).
Have a track record in requirement gathering, analysis and documentation, as well as conducting SIT, UAT and end user trainings, and supporting production go-live activities.
Good presentation, communication and negotiation skills, able to communicate results and analysis to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, organized and ability to work independently with priorities under tight timelines, in a complex customer environment.
Strong perseverance to handle difficult situations and surpassing road blocks to ensure timely functional requirement delivery.
Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain good relationship with colleagues, clients and head quarter management.
