• Participate in Dynamics 365 CRM implementation through project stages including: analysis, design, development, deployment and operation

• Dynamics 365 CE customization and configuration (Sales/Customer Service/Field Service/Marketing)

• Ribbon Customization, CRM actions, Plug-in, Virtual Entities, Custom Workflows, Integration of AD with CRM

• Develop Web API and OData, Business Rules and Business Process Flow

• Implement customization using Power Platform, PCF Control, TypeScript

• Exposure in Azure (BLOB's, Queues, Service Bus, Functions, Web jobs, app insights, Key vault, Data Hub, Linked in),logic apps with respect to CRM

• ADX Portals/D365 Portals

• Microsoft Social Engagement (Facebook, Linkedin integration)

Yêu cầu

• Have IT/ Computer Science or relevant background

• Have at least 5-7 years of experience in Dynamics CRM 365/2016/2015/2013/2011, involve in writing plugins/workflows/scripts

• Have 5 – 7 years experience in C#.Net, ASP.Net/MVC, Web APIs, SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, Azure Fundamentals

• Hands-on experience in Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate (MS FLOW), CDS (Common Data Service)

• Have 2+ year experience in Portal and Filed Service, Sales, Integrations

• Good English written and verbal communication

• Have a high level of professionalism
